Cedar Glow Creative believes every brand has a story worth telling. It just needs the right spark to bring it to life. What began as a personal passion for visual storytelling and meaningful connection has grown into a creative agency focused on helping businesses communicate who they are in a clear, authentic, and impactful way.

I am Shadrach Grentz, the founder of Cedar Glow Creative. My journey began with an Associate’s degree in Graphic Design, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management, and later a Master of Business Administration. Over the past decade, I have worked in education and athletics, including roles as a vice principal, athletic director and director of media and communications. These experiences shaped both my creative and leadership approach, combining strategy, communication, and a deep understanding of people.

Today, I bring together brand strategy, photography, videography, graphic design, and digital optimization to help organizations tell their story with clarity and purpose. More importantly, I focus on understanding the people behind each brand, because every project begins with listening.

The name Cedar Glow is inspired by the outdoors and the way light transforms a landscape. Just as the right light reveals depth, color, and detail that might otherwise go unnoticed, the right creative approach can reveal the heart of a brand. My goal is to create work that is authentic and accomplishes this idea.
